Merrimack Valley Self Direction Networking Group – Let’s Connect!
Meets the first Thursday of each month from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. via Zoom

Join other parents & caregivers for those who are currently enrolled in either Participant Directed Program (PDP) or Agency with Choice (AWC)
to exchange ideas, share resources and to connect with each other. Feel free to enjoy your lunch while connecting!



Merrimack Valley Transition Coffee Hour – Are you lost in the Transition Maze?
Meets the second Tuesday of the Month from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. via Zoom

Join other parents and caregivers with children ages 14 – 22 in the Merrimack Valley to discuss topics on transition into adulthood planning,
to share resources, problem solve and connect with each other!



Merrimack Valley Parent Support Group – Meet with other parents and caregivers who can relate!
Meets the fourth Thursday of every month from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. via Zoom

This group is for parents and caregivers who live in the Merrimack Valley with children ages 3 – 14 with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
This is a wonderful opportunity for parents and caregivers’ voice to be heard, to share experiences and knowledge. 
This meeting is a safe place to connect and benefit from the encouragement of each other.
